Breaking: 12 students of DU’s ABVP North-East cell resign to oppose the CAB

DELHI| On Monday 12 students of Delhi University ABVP’s North-East cell decided to resign to oppose the Citizenship Amendment Bill 2019. The Citizenship Amendment Bill is tabled in the Lok Sabha today by Home Minister Amit Shah. However, oppositions are giving tough time to the ruling party which is pushing for Citizenship Amendment Bill. Opposition has created ruckus in Parliament stating it is unconstitutional and differentiated between Hindu and Muslims.
