โ€œWill Pay For Itโ€: Israel On Iranโ€™s Missile Attack

Benjamin Netanyahu

Responding to the latest barrage of missile strikes from Iran on Tuesday late at night (IST), Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Iran of its future actions, calling the attack a big mistake. On micro-blogging website X, he wrote, โ€œIran made a big mistake tonight โ€“ and it will pay for it.โ€

On the other hand, Iran justified the missile strike as a response to what it termed an โ€œattack on the sovereigntyโ€ of the nation, referencing the assassination of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh in July.
