Karnataka: Goods Vehicle Carrying MGNREGA Workers Overturns, Injures More Than 25

A goods vehicle carrying MGNREGA workers overturned in Karnataka’s Belagavi on Friday. While taking them to work, injuring at least 25 people.

The accident occurred on the state highway on the outskirts of Hosur village in Hukkeri Taluk.

While trying to avoid a bike, the goods vehicle lost control. Belagavi SP Dr Bheema Shankar Guled said the injured people have been admitted to BIMS Hospital for treatment.
