New Twist In Mukesh Ambani Threat Case: Mobile Phone Used Tracked To Tihar Jail

According to the information, a team of Delhi Police Special Cell reached Tihar Jail to investigate a a threat letter found in an SUV vehicle outside the residence of top industrialist Mukesh Ambani at Antilia.

 

On the basis of information received from the Special Cell of Delhi Police, Tihar Jail authorities raided and seized a mobile phone from a jail. Some terrorists are lodged in this jail. The Special Cell suspects that this phone was used to operate recently formed telegram channels to claim responsibility for terrorist incidents and threats.

The Special Cell said that further investigation and forensic analysis would be done after the details of the mobile phone and the seized items were received from the Tihar Jail authorities.

At the end of February, Mumbai police received gelatin sticks in a vehicle outside the house of industrialist Mukesh Ambani and a threatening letter from an alleged terrorist organization. Police said that the terrorist organization Jaish-ul-Hind took responsibility for this. However, later the outfit denied any involvement.
