New Delhi| Breaching another record of high daily toll, India today recorded highest ever jump in Coronavirus cases with more than 14000 cases. On Thursday, India had recorded more than 14516 new cases of Coronavirus. With this, the COVID-19 toll crossed the 3.9 Lakh mark.
As per the data shared by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, India now has 395048 cases of Coronavirus. Out of them, 168269 are active cases whereas 213831 have been cured/discharged or migrated. The death toll due to COVID-19 in India has reached 12948. India today reported 375 deaths in the last 24 hours.

Maharashtra remains the worst affected state with 124331 cases. Among them 55665 are active cases, 62773 have been cured whereas the death toll is at 5893. The state is followed by Tamil Nadu with 54449 cases and Delhi with 53116 cases. Gujarat remains the fourth most affected state with 26141 cases and 1618 deaths.
