BJP MLA Convicted Of Raping Minor In 2014

On Tuesday, a local court convicted BJP MLA Ramdular Gond for raping a minor nine years ago, with the sentencing scheduled for December 15. Special Public Prosecutor Satyaprakash Tripathi confirmed the MLA’s guilt in the 2014 case, and the court remanded him to judicial custody until the pronouncement of the sentence.
