Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal faced a setback as the Delhi High Court temporarily halted a lower court’s decision granting him bail in a money laundering case tied to the defunct excise policy. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) contested the bail granted by the trial court. A vacation bench of Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja suspended the trial court proceedings until the Delhi High Court reviews the case.
