On Thursday evening, the Election Commission published all electoral bonds-related information on its website. The latest data reveals a clear connection between bond donors and recipients. Earlier, the State Bank of India informed the Supreme Court that it had provided the Election Commission with comprehensive details, including unique bond numbers with alphanumeric codes linking purchasers to political parties.
State Bank chairman Dinesh Kumar Khara affirmed this in an affidavit to the court. The uploaded lists display purchaser names, bond denominations, unique bond numbers, encashing party names, the last four digits of their bank account numbers, and bond denomination details.
