The Nagpur district court sentenced ex-BrahMos Aerospace engineer Nishant Agarwal to life imprisonment under the Official Secrets Act for espionage for Pakistan’s ISI. Agarwal also received 14 years of rigorous imprisonment and a ₹3,000 fine. Judge MV Deshpande convicted him under the IT Act and various sections of the Official Secrets Act.
