Mihir Shah, accused in the BMW hit-and-run incident, has been apprehended. Shah allegedly drove the luxury sedan while intoxicated, causing it to collide with a scooter in Mumbai’s Worli, resulting in the death of Kaveri Nakhwa and injuries to her husband, Pradip. Shah, son of politician Rajesh Shah from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena faction, had evaded authorities since the incident occurred at 5:30 am on Sunday, July 7th.
