Khalistani extremist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has issued a video threat, vowing to attack the Indian Parliament by December 13, coinciding with the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament attack.
Claiming a foiled plot to assassinate him, Pannun, in the video featuring a poster of 2001 attack convict Afzal Guru, declared retribution against the failed conspiracy.
The threat coincides with the ongoing Winter Session of Parliament, heightening security concerns.
