The 41 workers, who were successfully rescued from the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand through a coordinated multi-agency effort, maintained their morale while trapped by incorporating morning walks and yoga into their routine, as shared by one of the rescued individuals during a phone conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Expressing gratitude, the workers praised Prime Minister Modi, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, and the rescue teams for their dedicated efforts. One worker emphasized that they felt secure, noting that if the government could rescue Indians abroad, they could certainly do so within the country.
