New Delhi | The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) on Saturday appointed MP and former Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy as the national spokesperson of the party.
In a released statement, the party announced that BJP president Amit Shah has appointed former Union Minister and Member of Parliament from Bihar’s Saran Rajiv Pratap Rudy as the National Spokesperson of the party

Rajiv Pratap Rudy was one of the key members behind Bhartiya Janata Party’s historic win in the 2014 Lok Sabha election. Rudy was appointed as the Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in the first cabinet expansion of Narendra Modi government.
