“Keep The Faith, We are Going To Win,” Says Joe Biden On Neck To Neck Contest

Joe Biden, appearing before supporters in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, after midnight, said:  “We believe we’re on track to win this election.”

Joe Biden, the Democratic nominee said on Wednesday he’s winning the close contest, while President Donald Trump hit back at him by predicting his own victory and accusing his opponent of trying to “steal” the vote.

Joe Biden, appearing before supporters in his hometown of Wilmington, Delaware, after midnight, said:  “We believe we’re on track to win this election.”

“Keep the faith, guys, we’re going to win this,” said Biden.

The 77 years old democratic leader warned that because of the unprecedented use of mail-in voting during the coronavirus pandemic getting final results would “take a while.”

Donald Trump, seconds after Biden’s remarks, said:  “We are up BIG, but they are trying to STEAL the Election.”

Donald Trump, who’s watching results come in with staff at the White House, said he would shortly deliver a public statement.

“A big WIN!” tweeted Donald Trump.

The US National Guard, handling the internal security of the US, has been asked to be on alert mode. Election violence or clashes have been feared in 18 states. Around 4700 guards can be deployed. Cyber ​​Defense Agency has also been asked to monitor the situation.
