New Delhi | Congress leader and former Finance Minister P Chidambaram demanded the resignation of Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh and NITI AAYOG Vice-chairman Rajiv Kumar.
Chidambaram wrote on the microblogging site Twitter that after the indictment by the Election Commission, they have no right to remain in office.

EC had expressed “displeasure” over the NITI Aayog vice chairman’s remarks against the Congress’ proposed minimum income scheme ‘NYAY’.
Last week, governor Kalyan Singh had violated the Model code of conduct by misusing his constitutional position and EC had written a letter to President Ram Nath Kovind regarding his violations.
