Rahul Gandhi attacks Sushma Swaraj over Doklam issue

New Delhi | Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Thursday attacked Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj over the failure of the government to handle the issue of Doklam territory with China.

Taking on twitter Rahul Gandhi said, “Amazing how a lady like Sushma ji has buckled and prostrated herself in front of Chinese power.” Criticizing Swaraj the Congress president further added that “Absolute subservience to the leader means our brave jawan has been betrayed on the border.” Rahul Gandhi was referring to a media report which reported a statement of top US official

Wagner further added that “Although both countries back down, China has quietly resumed its activities in Doklam and neither Bhutan nor India has sought to dissuade it. China’s activities in the Himalayas remind me of its south China Sea policies.”
