The letter states that ‘Devendra Fadnavis who took oath to be the Chief Minister of Maharashtra fails to prove the majority. until now he has not proved the majority number on which he can stake claim to be the CM of Maharashtra. In this, ShivSena stake to have a majority and claims to form Government as we have a majority to prove. Along with NCP-Congress, and with Independent MLA’s joining the list of the name we can form government so please allow us to do so’.
The development happens after two days when Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar on Saturday early morning took oath as the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra which shocked the whole state.
