Lucknow | Uttar Pradesh Minister of State for Minority Affairs Mohsin Raza on Sunday took a jibe at Congress President Rahul Gandhi suggesting him to avail benefits from the newly launched Central government’s Ayushman Bharat scheme to improve his health.
Responding to the Gandhi’s constant attack on the Narendra Modi led Union government over the Indo-France Rafale Deal, Raza said,” The manner in which Congress president Rahul Gandhi is making statements, a number of things will improve if he avails the benefit of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Ayushman Bharat.” He further added that “The language which he (Rahul Gandhi) had used for the Prime Minister, I feel if he avails the benefit of this scheme, he will definitely gain some health.”
Congress President Rahul Gandhi on 22nd September alleged that former French President Francois Hollande statement about the Indo-France Rafale deal has termed the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi a ‘thief’. Earlier few reports emerged in the French media quoting former French President Francois Hollande that the Indian government had proposed Anil Ambani’s Reliance Defence as the India partner in the Rafale fighter jet deal and not given them a choice.
Rahul Gandhi during his Press conference raised question over Prime Minister’s silence over the Rafale defence. He said, “What I’m surprised with is that PM is completely silent. Not one word has come out from PM’s mouth on this.” He further added, ”For the first time, an ex-French President is calling our PM a thief. It is a question of the dignity of the office of Prime Minister. It is the question of the future of our jawans and the Air Force.”
