A video making rounds on the internet allegedly shows Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis passing chit to CM Eknath Shinde in between a press conference.
The Shinde-Fadnavis government took eight decisions in the state cabinet meeting. The CM announced this decision in a press conference. But while the Chief Minister was making the announcement, an act of the Deputy Chief Minister caught everyone’s attention.
Devendra Fadnavis took out his pen and scribbled something on a piece of paper, then slid the paper towards Shinde.
The video is now being shared on social media, with people questioning if Fadnavis has a ‘remote control’ to the Maharashtra government and if the CM says whatever Fadnavis wants him to.

A couple of weeks ago, Dy CM Devendra Fadnavis was seen snatching a mic during a press conference while the CM was answering a question.
Eknath Shinde has often been called a ‘puppet CM’ by the opposition.
As promised by Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the tax on fuel has been reduced. As a result, petrol has become cheaper by Rs 5 and diesel by Rs 3 in Maharashtra.
