Can an MP be taken to court for Non-Performance?


During election season, the politicians and public representative are reminded of people who vote for them. It is only during the election season that our public representatives will take the effort of going door to door asking for votes, promising to resolve issues concerning their constituencies. But we often hear the complaints that once the election is over, elected representatives rarely step into the constituency. The only way to hold the MPs responsible for performance is voting.
