A year and a half ago, Father Stan Swamy, a Jesuit priest from Jharkhand arrested in the Elgar parishad case, took his last breath. 84 year old stan swamy, a human rights activist, was slapped with stringent anti-terror law UAPA and put behind bars in October 2020. After 8 months in jail, he died in a hospital. A year since his death, a digital forensics firm has now said that the documents discovered by police in the case, the evidence was planted on Stan swamy’s laptop by hackers by infiltrating his device. Arsenal consulting, the Massachusetts based digital forensics firm had earlier revealed similar details about another accused in the case Rona Wilson. It had said that key evidence was planted using malware on a laptop of Rona Wilson seized by police. The new revelations are damning and put a question mark on the Police investigation in the matter. What is the report? let us discuss in today’s video.
