Hyderabad | All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi commented on Superstar Rajinikanth’s remarks on PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
While addressing an Eid Milap at his party’s headquarters ‘Darussalam’, Owaisi said,” A Tamil Nadu actor called PM Modi and Amit Shah Krishna and Arjun for abrogating Article 370 from J&K. Then who are Pandavas and Kauravas in this situation. Do you want another ‘Mahabharat’ in the country”, in a reference to the mythological epic Mahabharata.
Claiming that PM Modi lacked the political wisdom of Jawaharlal Nehru and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, the Hyderabad MP said, ” know this government has no love for Kashmiris, they love the land of Kashmir but not its people, they love power but not the justice. They only want to retain power. But I shall remind them that no one lives or rules for eternity.”
He demanded answers from the government regarding Kashmir and said that if the situation is alright, then why is the government keeping everyone locked up without any communication?
“If they are so happy then let them come out and celebrate,”he said.
He also said that none of the Muslim journalists are with the government.
“I know this government has no love for Kashmiris, they love the land of Kashmir but not its people, they love power but not the justice. They only want to retain power. But I shall remind them that no one lives or rules for eternity,” Asaduddin Owaisi said while over government’s Article 370 move.
