Action Taken Against 40 J&K Govt Employees For MCC Violations

The Jammu and Kashmir election department took action against 40 government employees for Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violations in the ongoing 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Among them, four were suspended, one was dismissed, and 34 were under investigation. Srinagar, Kulgam, and Rajouri had the highest violations, while Kishtwar, Bandipora, Reasi, and Samba had the least.
