The Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti has demanded that the DJ playing with the police near Singhu border be shut down because it is causing them problems.
Demonstration of farmers on different boundaries of Delhi continues with the demand for withdrawal of the three agricultural laws brought by the Centre. A large number of police forces have been deployed at these pickets. Farmers’ organizations say that the police are playing songs on loudspeakers from place to place. They allege that police is trying to use emotional card by playing songs like ‘Sandeshe Aate Hai’. The famous song is from the film ‘Border’ and is filmed on soldiers who are away from their families.

The committee wrote in a press release, “The central government should release all the arrested farmers before the talks. Restrictions on barricading, water, internet and washrooms should be lifted so that normalcy can be restored and police DJs should be shut down near the pandal.”

Kisan Mazdoor Sangharsh Samiti Punjab State President Satnam Singh Pannu, State General Secretary Saravan Singh Pandher, State Vice President Savindra Singh Chatala have said in a written statement to the press that the organization’s legal cell and Delhi’s legal cell are working together. According to the committee, 12 FIRs in Paschim Vihar West (Outer District) Police Station, 35 FIRs in Alipur (Outer North) Police Station, 7 FIRs in Najafgarh (Dwarka), Nangloi (Out District) 8 FIRs, Seemapuri (Shahdara) 3 FIRs. , 8 FIRs have been registered at Uttam Nagar (Dwarka) Police Station.
The farmers alleged that no action was taken by the police against the rioters after the 26 January incidents. The farmers have demanded that the police file a case against the perpetrators of stone pelting on peaceful farmers and they should be arrested immediately.
