“DM Kicked Victim’s Uncle On Chest, Mobile Phones of Family Taken Away” Boy From The Village Tells Media

The boy has said that the victim’s family wants to talk to the media but they have been detained in the house. The mobile phones have been taken away.

 

Hathras| There is nationwide anger and outpour over the high handedness of UP Police and the district administration in the handling of Hathras Gangrape incident. Questions are being raised on the functioning of police and administration especially since the victim’s village has been sealed and Section 144 has been imposed. no politician or journalists are being allowed to go inside the village. According to some reports, even the villagers are not being allowed to come out. The village of Hathras has virtually been turned into a cantonment.

However, more shocking details of what looks like a cover-up are coming out. Today, a boy from the village approached the media hiding from the police. He made serious allegations against the police-administration. The boy has said that the victim’s family wants to talk to the media but they have been detained in the house. The mobile phones of family members have been taken away and the victim’s uncle was even kicked in the chest.

A boy who came to the media while running from the fields said that he has been sent by the family who were not being allowed to go out. He has been asked to call the media.

‘Police has laid siege to the house’

The boy talking to reporters claimed that the police had laid siege to the house of the victim. In the village, street, house … Police are stationed outside the house and on the roof of the house. No one is being allowed to exit. There is a restriction on talking to the media.

‘Took away the phone and locked everyone in the room’

The boy said that mobile phones of all the family members have been taken away by the police. The boy also said that everyone has been locked in a room and everyone is very scared. The boy levelled serious allegations on the DM. He said that the district magistrate kicked the victim’s uncle after which he fainted. The boy said he too was hiding from the police while trying to meet the media persons.
