Delhi HC Cites Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita In Trademark Case

The Delhi High Court, in one of its initial applications of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), referred to the law in a trademark infringement case. KG Marketing India filed against individuals using the ‘SURYA’ mark, citing extensive national presence. Defendants alleged document forgery by KG Marketing, contesting an injunction.
