K Kavitha Moves To SC, Challenging Delhi Liquor Policy Case Arrest

K Kavitha, a leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi, has filed a petition with the Supreme Court, contesting her arrest by the Enforcement Directorate in the Delhi liquor policy case. The 46-year-old Member of the Legislative Council, who is the daughter of BRS chief and former Telangana Chief Minister Chandrashekar Rao, was apprehended following searches at her residence in Hyderabad on Friday and subsequently taken to Delhi.
