#Watch: Now, NSA Ajit Doval interacts with Sheep traders of Anantnag

In the video, Ajit Doval is seen enquiring about the price and weight of the sheep. A bunch of sheep traders who are gathered around the NSA are seen telling him the details.

 

Anantnag| Days after interacting with locals in Shopian, National Security Advisor Ajit Doval was today spotted in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir. Ahead of Eid, he was seen meeting the cattle traders from the region and conversing with them. He also met the residents and children from the region.

A video of his interaction is doing rounds on social media. In the video, he is seen enquiring about the price and weight of the sheep. A bunch of sheep traders who are gathered around the NSA are seen telling him the details. A young Sheep trader tells him that one of the sheep weighs 36-37 kg. He also tells him that the sheep are brought from Dras-Kargil. “2000 sheep have been brought since morning,” he adds.

National Security Advisor is on his visit to Kashmir to take stock of the security situation. Earlier, a video went viral on social media which shows Ajit Doval meeting local Kashmiris and interacting with them. The video is said to be from Shopian. The shops visible in the video are closed due to curfew. But a bunch of locals is seen having Biryani together. One local is seen serving the biryani to others while NSA Ajit Doval is having lunch with them.

Meanwhile, following a peaceful atmosphere in Jammu after the abrogation of Article 370, Section 144 has been lifted. The situation is now returning to normalcy as curfew has been lifted. All government and private schools of Jammu division also opened today. The markets were crowded after the withdrawal of Section 144. All the shops were opened today where people were seen buying essential items.
